Reiki
Reiki is a none invasive holistic therapy treatment where Lindsey guides life force energy through the body which promotes self healing. It helps a variety of physical and emotional problems such as insomnia, stress, depression, anxiety and physical pain.Lindsey is an experienced reiki practitioner and is passionate about helping people achieve optimum wellness.
Massage Therapy
Our resident massage therapist, Cheryl, specialises in aromatherapy massage and offers a variety of treatments including Indian head massage, full body, deep tissue, facial, hot stone and neck shoulder and back massage. She will assess your needs individually and recommend appropriate massage therapy and provide you with guidance and information on techniques such as postural improvement, stretching and strengthening etc.
Reflexology
